Tanka Duwadi is a well-known professional tour leader in Nepal. He is a hardworking, knowledgeable, and dedicated tourist guide who believes in responsible tourism through quality service.

Growing up near Chitwan National Park and Devghat, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site and highly reverted spiritual place of Nepal, a deep respect towards nature, culture, flora & fauna grew within him at a young age. He studied MBA from Tribhuvan University and has also done a Master's degree in Buddhism and Himalayan Studies from Lumbini Buddhist University. Tanka Duwadi has received Tourist Guide Training from NATHM and received an authorized license from the Department of Tourism, Nepal. Tanka Duwadi  has also completed advanced-level First-Aid Wilderness training. His studies have given him a deep understanding of the region's culture and history, which he shares with his clients during his tours. With his touring and travel management skills, he has left a long-lasting impression on tourists from all over the world.

As a tour entrepreneur, Tanka Duwadi has developed the most significant spiritual tours in and around the Himalayas where participants can have spiritual practices and accumulate religious merit, which he believes can be an experience of a lifetime for inner transformation. Tanka Duwadi is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable tour leaders for the Kailash Manasarovar Yatra in Tibet, Char Dham, Amarnath, and Jyotirlinga Yatra in India, and numerous spiritual trips in Nepal.

Ramesh Chaudhary is one of the co-founders of the Visit Kailash Treks. He grew up in Chitwan, the heart of Chitwan National Park, and became interested in birds and wildlife when he was working for a resort in Chitwan National Park. 

After working for ten years as a senior naturalist, Ramesh Chaudhary moved to Kathmandu and started leading pilgrimage tours to Mount Kailash, trekking holidays in the Himalayas, and wildlife safari tours in the national parks of Nepal. Ramesh Chaudhary is also the founder secretary and past president of Bird Education Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting birds and their habitats.

He is a well-respected and government-certified trip team leader and professional guide with good experience in leading pilgrimage tours and birdwatching holidays. His charming personality and helpful nature have helped him to become one of the best tour leaders in Nepal.

He takes care of sales and marketing department of the Visit Kailash Treks.

Rajendra Dhamala is one of the pioneer trekking leaders of Nepal. He was born in Dhading district, on the foothill of Ganesh Himal. He studied Bachelor's degree in English literature at TU and started his career as a trekking guide. He has been to almost every trekking destination in Nepal.

Rajendra Dhamala went to the United States to work as a cook and stayed there for four years until 2007. After returning to Nepal, he involved himself in the tourism industry again and served in various companies as a trekking leader to the senior correspondent officer. He received Trekking Guide Training from Hotel Management and Tourism Training Center (HMTTC) and also participated in various eco-tourism workshops.

To enhance his skills in food preparation and safety, he received training from the RMTC in Nepal and obtained the Serve Safe Certification Training from the United States. His experience in the US helps him to understand the hospitality industry from a different perspective.

Rajendra is known for his hard work, passion, and cheerful personality. He has dedicated himself to ensuring his clients an enjoyable trekking experience. He has participated in various workshops and seminars on eco-tourism.

 Kiran Sapkota is an enthusiastic trekking guide, born and grew up at Trishuli, on the foothill of the Langtang Himal in the Nuwakot district of Nepal. As an adventure lover from his teenage, Kiran Sapkota started doing solo treks in Langtang and Annapurna regions before he became a professional trekking guide. He has completed a Bachelor's degree in science but his curiosity about Nature and desire to explore led him to become a trekking guide after completing the training from NATHM.

Kiran Sapkota has also completed his First Aid training from KEEP and obtained his guide license from the Valley Tourism Office, Bagmati Province Government. As an explorer, Kiran visits new trails to discover alternative routes for isolated trekking destinations in Nepal, which has a large growth potential. He is one of the GHT trek lovers and has done most of its sections. He has several experiences managing camping treks including sacred walks of Sadhguru and led various trekking groups in Everest, Annapurna, Mesokanto Pass, Upper Mustang, and Manasalu regions and also pilgrimage tours to Kailash-Manasarovar in Tibet and Chardham, Amarnath Yatra in India.

Mr. Chandramouli Bharadwaj is from the USA. He has visited many countries and has also undertaken several pilgrimage trips.

He has undertaken Sri Kailash-Manasarovar Yatra twice and completed the Parikrama twice including Inner Kora once. He has also completed Sri Amarnath Yatra and Chardham Yatra.

He has a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding Yatras and other travel destinations. His willingness to share his experiences has earned him as one of the volunteers of Visit Kailash Treks, Nepal. He volunteers as a spokesperson for Visit Kailash Treks to help Yatris undertake the Yatra.

Shambhu Ram Rai, from the Solukhumbu district, ( The home of Everest). Since 2005, he has been working as a mountain guide, known for his rock-solid strength, honesty, and ever-present smile. Shambhu Rai is the reliable friend everyone wants on their team, always ready to lend a hand. As a key member of Visit Kailash Treks, he's been an essential part of many unforgettable Kailash Mansarovar trips in Tibet.

Tabir Bahadur Thapamagar was born in the beautiful Solukhumbu District of Nepal, where Mt. Everest stands tall always. Tabir began his journey in the Himalayas as a porter, helping trekkers along the challenging trails. Over time, he discovered his love for cooking and decided to become a guide, then later a cook, delighting thousands of tourists with his tasty dishes against the stunning mountain backdrop. What makes Tabir's story even more special is that he has served many trips of Sri Sadhguru Ji in the Nepal Himalayas.

Tabir's generosity in sharing his love for cooking adds a special touch to the Himalayan experience, making every trek a memorable and delicious adventure. Tabir is a master of South Indian, Gujarati, Nepali, and Continental cuisines, a diverse array of flavors in the heart of the Himalayas.

Ganesh Bahadur Shrestha was born in Solu Khumbu district, the home of Mount Everest. He has years of experience as a Trekking leader in Tibet. Ganesh has trekked widely in Nepal and and Tibetan Himalayas. He has led many trekking trips to Everest, the Annapurnas, Mt Kailash, Langtang Mustang, etc.

More than 25 years of experience as a trekking guide in the Nepalese Himalayas. Ganesh is energetic and experienced in motivating clients to achieve their goals in the Himalayas.

Gita Baldev Devkota (Govinda) is a reliable, hardworking, and responsible individual. He is one of our senior Staff and has helped to lead many trips to the more remote areas of Tibet and Nepal as well. He is very experienced in trekking and one of the most trusted members of our team. His polite, friendly, and sociable demeanor has led to him being greatly appreciated and valued by our clients.

Dev Khdka has 10 years of experience in trekking and mountaineering in high altitudes. He is from the mountain District Okhaldhunga and has been trekking since childhood. Dev started work as a porter. He is a very fit, helpful, charming, happy, and literate individual. He has become a trusted member of the Visit Kailash Treks team.

Mr. Aangdami Tamang, working as a trekking guide with Visit Kailash Treks, started his trekking career as an assistant mountain guide and has been part of many Kailash Manasarovar groups till now. He received his trekking guide training from NATHAM and received a guide license from Valley Tourism Office, Nepal.  He is sincere, honest, and capable of handling clients in the Himalayas. He is well-trained in various tourism training and experienced.

Pasang was born in the Everest region near Salleri. He started work in the mountains as a porter in 2000. Since then, he has obtained his Trekking Guide License from the Nepal Government and has been working as a guide for Visit Kailash Treks since the company was established. Pasang is a popular guide. He is very supportive, honest, and helpful in nature. He has successfully led many treks in the Everest, Annapurna, and Langtang regions.

Prakash is from Nuwakot and grew up beside the Langtang trekking trail. Nuwakot is still Prakash’s home town and his family lives there. He has been working for the company since it was established. He has completed his High School education and is fluent in English. He has a warm sense of humor and is rarely seen without a smile on his face. Prakash helped to lead many successful trips in Tibet and Nepal as well.

Coming from the foothills of the mountains, Pasang Dawa is our local Sherpa, Assistant guide and cook who has a deep knowledge of trails, people, culture, and food as well.

Born in the village of Okhaldhunga, in the Gauri Shankar region, he started gaining trekking, hiking, and expedition experience from a young age. He is now a member of the Visit Kailash family.

Pasang began his career as a porter guide in the foothills of Mount Everest. Before he was with us, he had already completed hundreds of Everest Base Camp Treks. Pasang now works as an Assistant guide and cook for the most popular trekking destinations in Nepal, Tibet, and India as well.

Driven by his love for the mountains and passion for traveling, Bal Bahadur began his career as a trekking guide 10 years ago.

He is well known for several trekking routes in Nepal, including the Everest Base Camp Trek. His exemplary diligence, commitment, and proactive communication have gained him the trust of all his guests. In addition, he is one of the members who helped to lead many successful Kailash Manasarovar trips.
