The Annapurna region is considered as the best trekking destination for mountain scenery and cultural diversity in Nepal. Most of the areas of the Annapurna region fall in the Annapurna Conservation Area. Annapurna region offers several classic treks ranging from easy to strenuous, physically challenging and lasting from few days to few weeks.

Annapurna Basecamp trek is one of the most popular treks in Nepal. Serenity, natural beauty, magnificent mountain scenery and cultural diversity are some of major attractions of the trek. Although starting elevation of the trek is just less than 1,100m, the highest elevation reaches up to 4,130m. The trek offers ample opportunity to experience true Nepalese culture and warm hospitality. Panoramic views of high mountains seen from Poon Hill are seen nowhere else in Nepal.
