The Annapurna region is considered the best trekking destination for mountain scenery and cultural diversity in Nepal. Most of the areas of the Annapurna region fall in the Annapurna Conservation Area. Annapurna region offers several classic treks ranging from easy to strenuous, physically challenging and lasting from few days to few weeks.

Ghorepani-Ghandruk loop trek is an introductory trek of Nepal. It is one of the shortest, but most rewarding treks that Annapurna region has to offer. The trail goes through several traditional villages and pristine rhododendron forests offering ample opportunity to experience true Nepalese culture and lifestyle. Panoramic mountain view seen from Poon Hill is seen from nowhere else.
