I wish to participate in the following trip (s).

2. Assumption of Risks and Release of Liabilities:
I am aware of the risks involved, including high altitude sickness, while performing this trip. I attach a medical certificate declaring
that I am physically fit to undertake the trip, which may take me to an altitude of 18,600 feet under various climatic conditions.
Visit Kailash Treks Pvt. Ltd., hereafter referred to as VKT, or its agents shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss
including consequential loss to me or my possessions including personal injury, disease or death. They shall further not be held
responsible for any type of claim including damages to person or property, loss of enjoyment, delays and illness. This
undertaking shall serve as a release and discharge VKT from any and all claims, and trip consent on behalf of my heirs and all
members of my family including any minors accompanying me and myself.
VKT shall not be held liable for any claims or for any additional expenses incurred through delays, accidents, or disruption of
planned itineraries beyond the control of VKT (e.g. flight delays, strikes, weather, political unrest etc.), and such expenses (e. g.
hotels, meals, flight tickets etc.) are to be borne by me. I hereby accept all the above risks and conditions as well as agree to
pay any additional costs that may arise as a result.
3. Booking Procedure & Payment Details:
3.1 Non-refundable booking amount of USD 200 to be deposited in cash//bank transfer with the application form and doctor's
certificate (optional) to VKT or its agent. Only if VKT cancels the Yatra, the booking amount will be refunded.
3.2 Recommended about 25% advance amounts to be wired to our bank account after receiving the second trip confirmation
letter from VKT.
3.3 Remaining Balance Amount to be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu in USD or in other convertible currencies in cash or
wire transfer to be made in our given bank account. Receipt must be submitted before the trip departure.
3.4 The itinerary can be changed or altered without notice in unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as political
unrest, natural calamities, and changes in the itinerary by the Chinese, Nepalese and Indian Authorities etc.
3.5 The trip could be cancelled if Chinese, Nepalese and Indian Authorities make sudden changes to the issue of the visa or
border close.
3.6 VKT, will not be held liable if the Chinese, Nepalese and Indian Authorities will change the visa and local area entrance
fees. Participants will be informed in a timely manner if there are any changes, and the total cost will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Cancellation Policy:
4.1. If the trip is cancelled by VKT:
4.1.1 VKT reserves all rights to cancel or revise the itinerary and alter the costs if circumstances demand. However, participants
will be informed in advance with justification.
4.1.2 All deposit amounts would be reimbursed if the trip is cancelled by the VKT under unavoidable circumstances.
4.2. If the trip is cancelled by the participants:
4.2.1. The booking deposit amount is non-refundable.
4.2.2. Full amount payable if cancelled in less than 30 days before departure.
4.2.3. 50% amount payable if cancelled between 30 to 45 days before the departure.
4.2.4. 25% amount payable if cancelled between 45 to 60days before the departure.
4.2.5. Full refundable if cancelled more than 60days before departure
